“Moo”ve Over Dairy Drinkers!! Edenesque: The Hudson Valley Plant-Based Milk Is Taking Over Our Local Stores

You’ve got to know about the oat and nut milks being made right here in the Hudson Valley. As chef Leslie built her career in the world of food, she realized the importance of her role in providing access to nutritional, delicious food. Thus, she created Edenesque, an intentionally sourced product that fuels the body. These unique nut and oat milks are made with whole ingredients. The proof is in the pudding with each bottle averaging at least 40% nuts/oats per bottle. That is 38% more than most nut/oat milk options.

With the background of restaurants in NYC as well as starting a boutique catering company, Leslie has channeled the finesse of chef into developing a nutritionally dense vegan milk with sustainable practices at the center.

Thoughtful sourcing is at the heart of Edenesque. Currently using local honey, HV maple syrup, HV spring water, and just partnered with Wally Farms to grow organic oats. Other regenerative practices include compostable packaging, working with local tree farmers, and a no waste production system.

Leslie is passionate about her product and how it serves the community and interacts with the earth. You won’t find another milk quite like it.

With lots of vegan milks to choose from, you don’t have to worry about it fitting into your dietary requirements. Flaxseed Vanilla Almond Milk, Honey Vanilla Almond Milk, Carob Date Maple Almond Milk, Pure Almond Milk, Honey Sweet Cashew Milk, Maple Sweet Cashew Milk, Pure Cashew Milk, Pure Cashew Milk With Collagen, Pure Oat Milk Lightly Sweetened, Pure Oat Milk Unsweetened.

My personal favorite is the Pure Almond Milk. I often add 8 oz into my morning smoothie, with a cup of frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp of sunflower butter, 1 tsp of local honey, and 1 tsp of anandamide (an adaptogenic/herbal tonic). Blend and sip!
